It is a cosy chalet on the ski slopes, 5 minutes drive above the village of Le Grand Bornand, immediately adjacent to Les Envers piste which has the new snow making machines and runs down to the start of the Rosay and Joyère telecabines making this chalet truly ski in and ski out!

The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite shower room with a toilet, a further double bedroom and a triple with a bunk and single bed, and a full bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The upper ground floor has a sunny living / dining room with log burning stove and doors leading onto a large west facing balcony. There is wifi, a telephone, a flat screen tv, (uk freeview satelite), dvd player, hifi cd player, ipod docking station etc.

The fitted kitchen has just been completely renovated and is brand new! It has plenty of crockery and cutlery, fondue sets, raclette/ crepe/ grillade machine, dishwasher, fridge /freezer, full oven and induction hob.

There is a guest wc and washing machine and dryer.

The lower ground floor has a double bedroom with a door through to a triple room with a bunk and a single bed, there is an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is an interior lobby with space for boot storage and an enclosed garage where the skis can be stored or a car! There is also ample parking outside the chalet and along the drive way.

There is also a travel cot on request.
