Our top floor duplex apartment in the new (completed 2008) MGM Village de Lessy development in Chinaillon is perfectly situated. Fantastic views up and down the valley from the large south facing balcony and opposite the ski slopes. This 82m² apartment is located in the very centre of the village with the main supermarket on the ground floor of the building. It is also within a very short walk of the ski slopes, as well as the local shops, restaurants and bars.

Bedroom 1 is fitted with a king sized bed and large built-in wardrobe and views to mountain.

Bedroom 2 also has a king sized bed and built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds.

The main bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin, heated towel rail, washer/dryer cupboard.

En-suite bathroom to bedroom 3 with shower, basin, heated radiator, wc and cupboard.

The kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, fondue set and has plenty of storage with its breakfast bar. It is fully equipped for 8 people.

The living room is comfortably kitted out with a large corner sofa, armchair, coffee table, dining table and chairs. There is a flat screen TV, DVD Wifi. There are French doors leading to the south facing balcony with views up and down the valley.

The mezzanine area with balcony overlooking the main lounge also has a flat screen TV and DVD players, it is ideal for a kids hangout. The sofabed can be used either to watch TV or as a double bed to sleep the extra 2 people.

The apartment has 2 travel cots available for babies and a booster seat for toddlers. There are kids plates, cutlery and cups and a pram too. The apartment has very efficient electric central heating. There is also a secure ski locker for your use.
