Chalet Laurencière is a beautiful chalet that is situated in the old part of the Chinaillon Village, 6km away from the Grand Bornand.

It is divided into two autonomous flats, the top one being the biggest. This fabulous chalet is four stories high and can accomodate 18-19 people (10 in the top flat and 8 in the bottom one).

Both flats are accessible by a common stairway. At the bottom level of the chalet is a shared garage big enough to park 5-6 cars. The bottom flat or Laurencière Apartment (92m²), has three bedrooms, 2 with a double bed each and one with two bunkbeds, (sleeps four). The appartment has a very spacious bathroom with a large bath and a shower.The toilets are seperate.

The sitting room is seperated from the kitchen/dining area, and has a wide screen television.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a good selection of kitchen utensils.
