Apartment 6, Florimontagne A in the village of the Chinaillon (area of the Grand Bornand resort), is in a traditional style chalet building of just 11 apartments with a residents parking area. It is a 3 minute level walk to the local shops, bar and restaurants.

This 35m² apartment is on the first floor of the block, although due to the sloping ground entry is at ground floor level. The ski locker room is adjacent to the main entry of the chalet.

The apartment sleeps 4 to 5. One bedroom has a double bed. The sofa in the lounge converts into 2 single beds. A small coin de montagne contains a single folding bed (duvet is stored beneath bed).

There are fitted wardrobes in the bedroom and living room.

The open plan living room incorporates kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, dishes, glasses etc for 6. It has a 4 plate hob, electric oven and microwave/grill. There are ample saucepans, casseroles, frying pans, utensils, etc.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and a washing machine. There is a separate WC.

The lounge is fully glazed at one end with access to a large balcony which runs the length of the apartment. It is south facing with superb views of the surrounding mountains and the ski area.

The lounge is equipped with a TV/DVD/CD player and an Ipod docking station.

Traditional games are also provided eg Scrabble, Rummikub (recommended!), chess, dominoes, cards.

All sheets, duvet covers and bath towels are supplied.

Cots and Highchairs are available on request.

The apartment is strictly non smoking.
