Built in 2006 in the typical Savoyard style, it is situated in Saint Jean de Sixt, only 6kms away from both La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand resorts. The chalet comprises 3 levels, ground floor, with garage, 2nd floor living area with kitchen and 3rd floor with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.There is a 5th bedroom downstairs. There is a total of 140m² of living area. The elevation allows for fantastic views into the Thones valley and up into the Aravis mountains.

Bright, modern and homely, the chalet is furnished to a high standard. The balconies and terrace are south-west facing and enjoy extended hours of sunshine. The terrace is the perfect spot for alpine sundowners!

It is possible to walk in the forest as there are a number of marked snowshoe trails for the winter. The walk also takes you into St Jean where the trail finishes conveniently by the tourist office.

The chalet has two shower rooms and one bathroom+ an extra toilet with a sink.

There is a modern kitchen that is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave fondu sets and a fridge freezer.

Also a washing machine and a dryer.

the living area is also equipped with tv/SKY/DVD and hi-fi system, and doors opening onto terrace.

There is a drying room to store boots/skis, with garage space for one vehicle.

The driveway will accommodate 3 vehicles.
