Situated in a prestigious chalet-style building in the Chinaillon, area of the Grand Bornand resort, it has views over the ski slopes and is well located between the ski lifts and the main street with its shops and restaurants. This small apartment of 44m², is next door to C1 and is therefore often used to accommodate larger parties. As an apartment sleeping 4 it is compact and most suitable for two adults and two children. It has under-floor heating and additional convector heaters.

There is one bedroom with a double bed and additionally, a pair of bunk beds with chest of drawers and hanging space in an area curtained off from the main living room/kitchen. There is a bath/shower room with basin and heated towel rail, and a separate toilet. A washing machine is situated in the bathroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob, extractor, rotisserie oven, dishwasher and fridge. Cooking utensils, ample sets of glass, crockery and cutlery, and additional kitchen equipment including coffee maker, kettle, toaster and raclette machine are provided. The table seats four and there are sofas for four in the sitting area which opens onto the sizeable south-facing terrace, with a table and chairs provided. There is a TV and DVD player with DVD library and books.

A ski locker is provided within the building s ski-room. Linen and towels are included in the rental during the winter.
