This luxurious apartment is situated in a newly built building overlooking the ski slopes in the Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort.

The centre of the village is a 5 minute walk away with it s shops and restaurants.

It is very spacious (86m²) and can sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Three of them have a double bed each and the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed.

There is a shower room and a bathroom with washer/dryer and 2 seperate toilets.

The main living area is an open plan room, with the kitchen, living room and dining room. All along this south facing side of the appartment are bay windows and french doors opening out onto the balcony and affording a view onto the ski slopes. This makes this apartment particularly bright.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and extractor fan, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and fridge/freezer. The dining room has enough seating space for up to 10 people. The living room has two large sofas with a wide screen TV and DVD player, with broadband internet access.

Linen is provided.

It is also possible to to use a cot and /or highchair, please notify us in advance if this will be necessary.

The slopes are accessible on foot and you have a ski locker on the ground floor of the building and a garage.
