Our top floor duplex apartment in the new MGM Village de Lessy development in Chinaillon (completed 2008). It is perfectly situated opposite the ski slopes with fantastic views up and down the valley from the large south facing balcony. This 82m² apartment is located in the very centre of the village with the main supermarket as well as the local shops, restaurants and bars on the ground floor of the building.

Bedroom 1 is fitted with a king sized bed, large built-in wardrobe and views looking out towards the mountains.

Bedroom 2 also has a king sized bed and built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a bunk bed so sleeps up to 4 people. The bedlinen and towels are not included in the rental price however we can provide these for you on request, and they can be paid for on arrival.

The main bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin, heated towel rail and a combi washer/dryer.

En-suite bathroom to bedroom 3 with shower, basin, heated radiator, wc and cupboard.

The kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, fondue set and has plenty of storage with its breakfast bar. It is fully equipped for 8 people.

Washer/dryer located in main bathroom. Hoover, mops, cleaning products etc in hallway cupboard.

The living room is comfortably kitted out with a large corner sofa, armchair, coffee table, dining table and chairs. There is a flat screen TV, DVD Wifi. There are French doors leading to the south facing balcony with views up and down the valley.

The mezzanine area with balcony overlooking the main lounge also has a flat screen TV and DVD players, it is ideal for a kids hangout. The sofabed can be used either to watch TV or as a double bed to sleep 2 extra people.

The apartment has 2 travel cots available for babies and a booster seat for toddlers. There are kids plates, cutlery and cups and a pram too. The apartment has very efficient electric central heating. There is also a secure (ski) locker for your use as well as a designated parking space in the underground garage.

4 Pool passes are available for a cost of 25# per person for the week (only during the season!). If you wish to use them, please let us know. The pool is in the next door MGM development.
